What we want to hear about
Rate data corrections
If our rate recommendations seem out of line with what you are actually seeing in the market, tell us. Include the category, region, experience level, and what rates you are observing. Real-world data drives our quarterly updates.
Category gaps
ScopeWise currently covers writing, development, design, marketing, and virtual assistance most thoroughly. If your category is underserved, let us know which one and what makes it different from the categories we cover.
Platform changes
Upwork, Fiverr, and Contra change their fee structures, search algorithms, and feature sets regularly. If you have noticed a meaningful change, tell us so we can update our guidance.
Success stories
If something in ScopeWise helped you win a bid, raise your rates, or filter out a bad client, we want to hear about it. These stories help us understand which guidance actually works in practice.
What we cannot help with
ScopeWise is independent from the platforms. We cannot:
- Resolve account suspensions or disputes on Upwork, Fiverr, Contra, or other platforms
- Recover payments from non-paying clients
- Review your specific proposals or contracts individually (we are too small for one-on-one consulting)
- Provide legal or tax advice for freelance income

Response expectations
We are a small team working part-time on ScopeWise. Response times: rate corrections reviewed within 48 hours, integrated within 30 days at the next quarterly update. Category and feature requests acknowledged within a week. General feedback read by the team but may not receive individual response.
